Applying a thin layer of butter.
The spraying of butter is done with airmix spray guns. This will result in a thin coating of the baked products. By working at the right temperature, the butter will plasticize again after spraying.
- All overspray can be collected and reused
- 2 sections: spray section and outfeed section for a clean system
- Can be installed in an existing automated line
- Optional melting kettle for on-demand supply of butter
