The spraying of icing or fondant is done with airmix spray guns. This will result in a thin coating of the baked products.
- All overspray can be collected and reused
- 2 sections: spray section and outfeed section for a clean system
- Can be installed in an existing automated line
- Optional transfer shafts for small products (less than 3 9/64in.)
- Optional melting kettle for on-demand supply of icing
