Melting Tank

The heated Melting Tank is completely made out of stainless steel 304 and has a contents of 50, 100, 200 or 400 litre or 13, 26, 50 and 100 Gal. The container is equipped with a constantly turning stirring device, with a rotational speed of 9 RPM. The stirring device is equipped with heat-resistant synthetic scrapers that scrape the sides and the bottom of the container. Furthermore the container is equipped with a double wall, which is filled with water, to provide the heating of the material inside the container. The temperature of the water can be set between 68F and 140F by using the temperature adjustment in the electrical cabinet.
